AlPlanta – Institute for Plant Research
The AIPlanta work group focusses on phytoplasmoses in pome and stone fruit. We collaborate with them on aresearch projectaimed at developing control strategies against psyllids, which are important vectors of phytoplasmoses.
AGES – Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety
The Institute of Plant Health is involved in one of the two research projects aimed at controlling the vectors of phytoplasmoses and supervises field trials in apple and pear orchards in Austria.
University of Hohenheim, State Institute of Apiculture
The State Institute of Apiculture Hohenheim is our partner in the Fit Bee project, funded by the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection (BMELV). Together, we are developing sex-pheromone based biological control method against the parasitic Varroa mite in bees.
